基于审核机制的中央政府参与下水污染治理分析

近年来,由于经济粗放型发展和环境治理投入不足,水资源污染问题日益严峻。而因为水资源的流动性和我国广阔的流域面积,水污染的治理不能单靠某一个地区进行,中央政府的统筹协调作用十分重要,国内外对此方面的研究较少。为了防止地方政府在执行政策时隐瞒真实情况,中央政府必须要建立对应的审核机制来监督其排放污水量,保证污水治理能够有效进行。本文建立了审核机制的数学模型,并通过算例分析提出建议,为完善我国的水污染管理机制提供新的思路和理论依据。

In recent years, due to inadequate investment in the extensive triode of economic develoa and environmental governance, water pollution problem is increasingly grim.
