本文分析了产学研合作中研方研究的努力程度,以及合作投产风险,建立了基于市场成功估计的共建研发博弈模型,得出研发费用的数值,双方研发和生产投资比例系数,得到利益最大化的合作形式。

This article analyzed the effort of the researcher in industry-university-research cooperation and the risk of the collaborative production. A co-building research and development model based on market success evaluation was built. The cost of research and the investigation scale factor of the research and production are worked out. And the cooperation form with largest benefit is obtained.
