浅谈贝氏体钢钢轨、辙叉、尖轨在朔黄线的应用

随着朔黄铁路运量的增加,运输压力越来越大,对线路设备质量的要求越来越高。钢轨、道岔是线路设备中最重要的环节,辙叉、尖轨又是道岔的关键部件。实践表明,贝氏体钢辙叉、尖轨、基本轨采用大大提高了道岔使用寿命,增加了安全系数,创造更多的经济效益和社会价值。

With the growing of transportation volume, the transportation pressure of Shuohuang Railway is becoming increasingly serious and the requirement of equipment is becoming higher. Rail and turnout are the most important part of line equipment, and frog and point rail are key components of the turnout. Practice shows that the application of bainitic steel frog, point rail and stock rail has greatly improved the service life of the turnout. The safety factor has been increased and more economic and social benefit bas been created.
