摘要
人力资源在管理过程中难度最大,出现的矛盾也最多的工作就是工资分配制度,同时也是一个焦点话题存在于诸多国有企业的改革问题中。要想将员工的积极性充分调动起来以及促进国有企业的发展就必须要将国有企业中的工资制度进行改革。针对国有企业自新中国成立之后的改革,在本文中进行了探讨和研究,对于我国国有企业工资改革在以后的发展也提出了一些建议。
Human resource management is the most difficult part in management process. And salary system has the most problems. At the same time, it is a hot topic for state-owned enterprise reform. To arouse the employee's enthusiasm and promote the development of state-owned enterprises, we must take the salary system reform of state-owned enterprises. The paper analyzes the reform of state-owned enterprises since the China was set up, and puts forward some suggestions on the reform of state-owned enterprise salary system.
