本文通过企业集团实施并购的动因进行分析,力图在充分吸收现有国内外研究成果的基础上,利用近年来的我国企业集团典型并购案例对整合成功经验和存在问题进行归纳总结和对比分析,提出企业集团并购后有效实施整合的思路,为企业管理者和相关领域学者提供参考。

This paper analyzes the agent of acquisition and reorganization for enterprise group. On the basis of existing research results at home and abroad, the paper summarizes and comparative the successful experience and existing problems, combined with the typical m＆a cases in recent years, puts forward the thinking of enterprise group after the merger integration, providing a reference for enterprise managers and scholars.
