The Implementation of Wage Query of Ningxia Construction Vocational and Technical College

各高校之前的工资发放明细显示都是以工资条的形式,每月发放一次。这种形式,一方面加大了财务人员的工作负担,另一方面经常有工资条错领、丢失的情况发生,不能满足教职工的需求。为解决这个问题,本文作者在与财务人员充分沟通、商讨的情况下,设计了基于Internet的网络工资查询系统,自运行以来取得了较好的效果。

Detailed salary description was presented by payslip released monthly in colleges previously. On the one hand it increased workload on financial staff, on the other hand, taking payslip by mistake or losing it happened frequently so that the demand of the faculty couldn＇t satisfied. To solve the problem, the author communicated and discussed with the financial staff. Finally a pay inquiry system based on internet was designed and good results have been received since it ran.
