会展经济发展对会展人才需求越来越强烈,我国高校近年来虽然已经开设了会展相关的专业,但其人才培养的模式还需要进一步优化,在专业定位、课程安排、教学方法、资源整合、职业技能培训等方面,都应适应市场对人才的更高要求。

Exhibition economy development needs more and more exhibition talents. For the past few years, the exhibition specialty is set up in colleges and universities in China. But the its talent training mode needs to be further optimized, in the specialty orientation, course arrangement, teaching methods, resources integration, vocational skills training, etc., should be meet the higher requirements of market for talent.
