学生自主管理是学生在教师积极引导下自行发现自我价值、发掘自身潜力、确立自我发展目标、形成适应社会发展和推动个体与社会发展的意识和能力的一种教育管理模式。实施学生自主管理教育,并非是任学生自由发展,高校辅导员是学生管理工作的一线人员,引导作用不可忽视,对建立学生自主管理的模式起着重要作用。

Students＇ self-management is an education management model that under the positive guidance of teachers, students find self-value, discover self-potential, establish self-development goal, form the consciousness and ability adapting to social development and promoting the development of individuals and society. It do not let students develop freely, but under the guidance of college counselors, who play an important role in setting up students＇ self-management mode.
