The student cadre is the indispensable backbone of student work, in units of class management mode, the monitor is the core of the basic unit and the backbone elite in student cadres, and plays a role of mainstay in student daily management work. This article is based on the management work of the management specialty class of China Three Gorges University, through the analysis of the problems existing in the management of institutions＇ higher learning class, it analyzes and discusses how to do a good job for undergraduate class management in colleges and universities.
