摘要
[目的]为新疆优质安全牛肉产品提供技术支撑和安全保障.[方法]研究采用流动注射-氢化物发生-原子吸收法对新疆阿克苏和伊犁地区的8个肉牛养殖场环境中的土壤和水进行重金属砷(As)的检测.[结果]线性相关系数为0.997,检出限(LD)为1.232μg/L,加标回收率为96.7%,相对标准偏差为5.1%.阿克苏地区三个肉牛养殖场土壤砷元素范围为0.249~0.281 mg/kg,伊犁地区五个肉牛养殖场土壤中砷元素的范围为0.131~0.403 mg/kg,其中伊犁地区5号养殖场(草原)的As含量显著高于阿克苏地区2号养殖场、阿克苏地区3号养殖场、伊犁地区4号养殖场的As含量(P<0.05).8个肉牛养殖场水中砷元素的含量均小于检出限,故未检出.上述地区土壤中砷元素含量均低于国家标准(GB 15618-1995)限值15 mg/kg.[结论]新疆阿克苏和伊犁地区肉牛生产主产区未受到重金属砷元素污染,为新疆肉牛安全生产风险控制模型数据库的建立提供了科学依据.
[ Objective ] The quality of environment for animal production is closely related to the security of animal products. This project aims to provide technical support and security for fine beef product in Xin- jiang. [ Method ] The heavy metal arsenic (As) in the soil and water from 8 beef production farms and their surrounds in Akesu and Yili prefectures in Xinjiang was detected by using the Flow Injection - Hydride Gen- eration - Atomic Absorption Spectrometry ( FI - HG - AAS). [ Result ] The linear correlation coefficient of FI - HG - AAS was 0. 997, with the limit of detection (LD) 1. 232 Ixg/L, recovery rate 96.7% and relative standard deviation 5.1%. Results showed that the soil As content in 3 beef cattle farms in Akesu was between 0. 249 -0.281 mg/kg, whereas that in 5 beef cattle farms in Yili was between 0. 131 -0. 403 mg/kg. There- into, the As content in fifth beef cattle farm in Yili was significantly higher than that of the second, and third one in Akesu and the fourth one in Yili (P 〈 0. 05 ). The As content from water in all beef cattle farms de-tected was much lower the limit of detection, therefore not detectable. Compared with the limit value ( 15 mg/ kg) of GB/15618 - 1995, it is concluded that the As content detected in all 9 beef cattle farms and their sur- rounds is below the national standard. [ Conclusion ] Our findings showed that beef production areas such as / Akesu and Yili were not polluted by the heavy metal arsenic and the investigation has provided the basic scien- I tific data for the establishment of hazards control database for beef production in Xinjiang.
