摘要
【目的】研究南疆地区青贮复合菌系的稳定性。【方法】以南疆地区青贮玉米为复合系菌群来源,提取其中的复合菌系基因组,扩增其V3区序列,利用变性梯度凝胶电泳法(denatured gradient gel electrophoresis,DGGE)研究南疆地区不同代青贮复合系菌群结构的变化。【结果】青贮复合菌系在培养20代以后趋于稳定,体系内菌群结构不再变化,初步确定主要有四种菌组成。【结论】复合系主要由地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus lichenniformis)、面包乳杆菌(Lactobacillus crustorum)、鼠李糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillus rhamnosus)、干酪乳杆菌(Lactobacillus casei)组成。
[Objective]The project was conducted to study the stabilization of silage microbial flora in Southern Xinjiang. [ Method]The silage microbial flora is from silage corn in Southern Xinjiang . To extract Extraction of total genome and Amplification of V3 region, the stabilization of silage microbial flora was ana- lyzed by denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR -DGGE) method. [ Result] The results showed that si- lage microbial flora was stable after the 20th generation training. The silage microbial flora showed no change after that. There were mainly four kinds of bacteria in the silage microbial floras. [ Conclusion] The silage mi- crobial flora was composed of Bacillus lichenniformis, Lactobacillus crustorum, LactobaciUus rhamnosus, Lacto- bacillus casei.
