摘要
本文通过论述影响组织内知识转移策略实施的几组关键性问题,即编码化与个人化、强关系与弱关系、正式网络与非正式网络、重叠知识与知识距离、文化手段与技术手段来揭示知识转移过程的动态性和复杂性,并提出了一个基于知识管理成熟度和五力模型的考量模型,旨在为企业选择并实施有效的知识转移策略提供有益的借鉴和参考。
In this paper, we reviewed the researches about the following pairs of key issues of the implementation of knowledge transfer within an organization to reveal the dynamic complexity of the process: Codification and Tacitness, Strong ties and Weak ties, Formal network and Informal network, Overlapping knowledge and Knowledge Distance, Culture approach and technique approach. A reference model based on KMMM and the Five- force Model is proposed to facilitate and benefit the selecting and implementing the tactic of knowledge transfer within an organization.
