摘要
本文通过论述影响组织内知识转移策略实施的几组关键性问题,即编码化与个人化、强关系与弱关系、正式网络与非正式网络、重叠知识与知识距离、文化手段与技术手段来揭示知识转移过程的动态性和复杂性,并提出了一个基于知识管理成熟度和五力模型的考量模型,旨在为企业选择并实施有效的知识转移策略提供有益的借鉴和参考。
In this paper, we reviewed the researches about the following pairs of key issues of the implementation of knowledge transfer within an organization to reveal the dynamic complexity of the process： Codification and Tacitness, Strong ties and Weak ties, Formal network and Informal network, Overlapping knowledge and Knowledge Distance, Culture approach and technique approach. A reference model based on KMMM and the Five- force Model is proposed to facilitate and benefit the selecting and implementing the tactic of knowledge transfer within an organization.
