摘要
摘要:本文从积极心理学的视角引入,以河南省地方性本科院校的150名青年教师科研团队成员为研究对象来研究心理资本、团队信任氛围对地方性本科院校青年教师科研爵队隐性知识共事的影响。通过实证分析表明,心理资本对高校青年教师科研圆队隐性知识共事具有显著的正向影响。目队信任氛围在心理资本与隐性知识共事之间起到调节作用。
From the perspective of positive psychology, This paper investigated the imp-act of psychology capital and team trust climate on tacit knowledge sharing in the local colleges' young teacher research teams. The sample consisted of 150 team members of local colleges in Henan Province: Results as follow: Psychology capital had significant positive impact on tacit knowledge sharing. Team trust climate moderated the relation between psychology capital and tacit knowledge sharing.
