摘要 为了解决内圆磨床电主轴用磁悬浮轴承控制系统工业应用的问题 ,利用线性二次型最优控制理论设计了模拟PID控制器 ,通过MATLAB软件仿真研究和实验 ,实现了磁悬浮轴承内圆磨床电主轴的实验室运转。又进行了工厂环境下的应用实验 ,结果表明 ,内圆磨床电主轴用磁悬浮轴承控制系统在主轴转速、运转精度、磨削刚度和稳定性等方面已经初步满足工厂应用的要求。附图 5幅 ,参考文献 2篇。 In order to solve industrial application problem of control system for magnetic suspend bearing spindle of the bore grinder, the PID simulation controller has been designed making use of optimizing control theory of linear quadratic type. By study and experiment of MATLAB software, the stable operation of the magnetic suspend bearing spindle of bore grinder is realized in laboratory. The application experiment has been made in factory environment, the result shows that control system for magnetic suspend bearing spindle of the bore grinder has preliminarily met the need of industry application in some performances such as the spindle rotation speed, operation accuracy, grinding rigidity and stability etc.
