滚针轴承外表面倾斜度对轴承使用性能的影响

Effect of Inclination of Outer Surface on Performance of Rolling Needle Bearings

就滚针轴承的外圈外表面素线对基准端面的倾斜度变动量δD 值对轴承的安装尺寸、径向游隙及径向跳动所产生的不良影响进行了分析 ,并指出δD 的增大将直接影响轴承的使用寿命 ,造成轴承失效。提出了严格控制δD值的 6项工艺措施。附图 4幅。

The affect of inclination varying amount δ D was analyzed on mounting dimension, radial clearance and radial runout of the bearing. δ D will directly affect life of the bearing. The six technology countermeasures for strictly controlling δ D value have been provided.
