三黄益肾胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的随机对照研究

Research on treating early diabetic nephropathy with the Sanhuang Yishen capsule

目的:探讨三黄益肾胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:所有患者分为洛丁新组、洛丁新+三黄益肾组和三黄益肾组,三组分别给予相应治疗。3个月后,测定24h尿微量白蛋白及总症候积分等的变化,并进行比较。结果:①各组治疗后较治疗前,除洛丁新组24h尿微量白蛋白无明显变化外(P>0.05)、其余两组均明显改善(P<0.05);总症候积分均明显改善(P<0.05)。②三组治疗后组间比较:24h尿微量白蛋白,洛丁新+三黄益肾组,明显优于三黄益肾组及洛丁新组(P<0.05),三黄益肾组与洛丁新组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。总症候积分,洛丁新+三黄益肾组与三黄益肾组,明显优于洛丁新组(P<0.05),三黄益肾组与洛丁新+三黄益肾组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:三黄益肾胶囊能明显减少早期糖尿病肾病患者的尿微量白蛋白的漏出,同时能明显改善患者症候积分。

Objective：To discuss the effect of the Sanhuang Yishen capsule on treating early diabetic nephropathy. Methods：All the patients were divided into the Lotensin group, the Lotensin plus Sanhuang Yishen group and the Sanhuang Yishen group. After 3 months, measure and compare the 24h urine albumin and total symptom scores and other changes. Results： Lotensin group had no significant changes in 24h urine albumin after treatment than before treatment （P〉0.05）. The other two groups were significantly improved （P0.05）. Total symptom scores, Lotensin＋Sanhuang Yishen group and Sanhuang Yishen group were much better than Lotensin group （P0.05）. Conclusion：The Sanhuang Yishen capsule can significantly reduce the leakage of＆nbsp;urine albumin in patients with early diabetic nephropathy, and can significantly improve symptom scores.
