240例蛇伤的救治分析

An analysis on treating 240 cases of snakebite

目的:探讨蛇伤的临床特点和救治措施。方法:回顾我院急诊科2012年全年收治的240例蛇伤病例,采用抗蛇毒血清结合中药蛇伤胶囊、三黄散、三草汤治疗,对合并急性呼吸衰竭、急性肾功能衰竭及多脏器功能衰竭患者注意保护各个脏器功能和内环境稳定,加强营养支持。结果:240例中,临床治愈135例(占56.25%),显效56例(占23.33%),有效46例(占19.17%),死亡3例(占1.25%),总有效率为98.75%。结论:蛇咬伤后尽快明确何种毒蛇咬伤是急诊就诊的关键,尽早应用程序化综合救治方案进行救治,特别是抗蛇毒血清的应用,用药越早,效果越好,必要时联合使用多种抗蛇毒血清,中西医结合治疗效果好。

Objective：To investigate the clinical features and treatment measures of snakebites. Methods：Retrospective analyzed the 240 cases of snakebite in hospital emergency department in 2012, they were treated with antivenins and snakebite capsules, Sanhuang powder, sancao decoction, note that protect individual organ function and homeostasis, nutritional support for patients with acute respiratory failure, acute renal failure and multiple organ failure. Results：In 240 cases, clinically cured 135 cases （accounting for 56.25%）, markedly effective in 56 cases （accounting for 23.33%）, effective 46 cases （accounting for 19.17%）, 3 patients died （1.25%）, the total effective rate was 98.75%. Conclusion：Snake bites as soon as clear what snakebite is emergency department visits key. Early application of the integrated treatment programs for treatment, in particular the application of anti-venom serum, medication sooner, the better, if necessary;use a variety of joint antivenom, the integrative medicine is good.
