止眩方治疗后循环缺血性眩晕临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating posterior circulation ischemia vertigo with the Zhixuan recipe

目的:观察止眩方治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照临床试验研究方法,共观察病例100例,治疗组、对照组各50例,治疗组采用口服中成药止眩方进行治疗,对照组采用口服西药盐酸氟桂利嗪和倍他司汀联合治疗,疗程结束后按照疗效判定标准进行临床疗效评价。结果:经过1个疗程治疗后,治疗组治愈率及总有效率均高于对照组,两组痊愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:应用止眩方治疗组的效果明显优于西药对照组。止眩方能够明显改善后循环缺血引起的眩晕,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Zhixuan recipe on treating posterior circulation ischemia vertigo. Methods：100 cases were divided into the treated group and control group, 50 for each. The treated group was given the TCM Zhixuan prescription orally, while the control group was given the oral modern medicine hydrochloride flunarizine and Betahistine combination therapy, after the treatment, evaluation clinical effect in accordance with the clinical criteria. Results：After a course of treatment, the cure rate and total efficiency in the treated group was higher. Compared two groups, tuphe difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the total efficiency comparison were significant difference （P〈0.01） Conclusion： The Zhixuan recipe was effective on treating Posterior circulation ischemia vertigo, can significantly improve the posterior circulation ischemia-induced vertigo, improve the patient’s quality of life.
