介绍计划经济体制下国有企业的生活服务系统，为适应市场经济要求，实现由福利服务型向经营服务型转变过 程中的思路与作法。
The socialized service system of State－ owned Enterprises under the Planned Economy Framework is introduced in the article to meet the demands of the Market－ directed Economy Framework,the thoughts and practice of transforming welfare service to operation service is also described thoroughly.
