麝香保心丸配合针灸治疗冠心病心绞痛66例临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation on treating on angina pectoris by Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with acupuncture

目的：研究麝香保心丸配合针灸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：选择2009年3月～2012年3月我院收治的156例冠心病心绞痛患者进行研究。随机分为A、B、C三组，A组66例采用麝香保心丸配合针灸对患者进行治疗，B组采用长效异乐定胶囊对患者进行治疗，C 组单独使用针灸疗法对患者进行治疗。治疗后，对三组患者治疗的临床疗效进行比较分析。结果：治疗后，发现A组治疗的临床总有效率（92.4%）明显高于B组（73.3%）和C组（57.8%），A组和B组相比有统计学意义（x2＝7.5189，P0.05）。结论：麝香保心丸配合针灸治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著，可显著提高治疗的临床有效率。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with acupuncture on angina pectoris. Methods：156 cases of angina pectoris patients who were admitted into our hospital from Mar. 2009 to Mar. 2012 were selected as the subjects and divided into A, B, C groups randomly. A group （66 cases） was treated with Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with acupuncture;B group was treated with elantan long capsules, while C group was treated with acupuncture purely. The clinical effects of three groups were compared with each other after treatment. Results： The total clinical effect of A group （92.4%） was obviously superior to B group （73.3%） and C group （57.8%）. Compared with A group, both B group （x2=7.5189, P0.05）. Conclusion：The Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with acupuncture has a good effect on angina pectoris and can improve the efficiency rate in clinical therapy.
