加味双柏散配合微波理疗仪治疗女性急慢性盆腔痛疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating female acute and chronic pelvic pain with the Shuangbai powder plus microwave therapy instrument

目的：观察加味双柏散配合微波理疗仪治疗女性急慢性盆腔痛疗效。方法：将我院在2011年6月～2013年4月收治的90例女性急慢性盆腔痛患者随机分为观察组（n＝50）和对照组（n＝50），对照组患者采用丹参静脉滴注，或者依据药敏结果使用抗生素治疗，观察组患者在此基础上加味双柏散湿热敷配合微波理疗仪治疗，然后观察两组患者的疗效。结果：观察组患者的总有效率为91.11%，对照组患者的总有效率为75.56%。观察组患者的疗效显著地优于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论：加味双柏散配合微波理疗仪治疗女性急慢性盆腔痛疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Shuangbai powder and microwave therapy instrument on treating female acute and chronic pelvic pain. Methods：90 patients in our hospital from June 2011 to April 2013 were randomly divided into observation group （n=50） and control group （n=50）. Control group was given salvia miltiorrhiza and antibiotic therapy based on medicine susceptibility results. Observation group was given Shuangbai powder and microwave therapy on this basis of control group. Results：The total efficiency was 91.11%in observation group, and was 75.56%in control group. The effect in the observation group was significant better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Shuangbai powder and microwave therapy for treatment of female acute and chronic pelvic pain was effective. It was worthy to be popularized.
