摘要
目的:观察补中益气汤加四神丸治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效。方法:按中辨证分型分为大肠湿热、肝脾不和、脾肾阳虚三型,2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后评定临床疗效。结果:总有效率为97.9%。结论:补中益气汤加四神丸治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎有较好的疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the Buzhong Yiqi decoction plus Sishen pills in treating ulcerative colitiss （UC）. Methods：According to TCM dialectical type divided into the large intestine damp heat, liver-spleen disharmony, spleen and kidney yang three types, two weeks as a course of treatment, and two clinical efficacies was evaluated after treatment. Results：The total efficiency was 97.9%. Conclusion：The Buzhong Yiqi decoction plus Sishen pills was effective on treating UC.
