摘要
目的:研究饮食控制对妊娠糖尿病的治疗效果。方法:从我院在2010~2012年确诊的100例GDM患者中,随机抽取56例,给予饮食控制治疗,对比其饮食控制2周前后的血糖值(包括空腹血糖和餐后1h,2h血糖),观察饮食控制的疗效。结果:饮食控制后,GDM患者血糖值较前均有下降(P〈0.05),有统计学意义。结论:饮食控制对妊娠糖尿病的治疗有效。
Objective:To study the efficacy of diet control on treating gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods:From our hospital in 2010~2012 GDM diagnosed 100 cases of patients, Randomly selected 56 cases, given dietary control therapy, compared their the glucose values before and after two weeks (including fasting plasma glucose and postprandial 1h, 2h glucose), observed the efficacy of dietary control. Results:After dietary control, GDM compared with blood glucose values were decreased (P〈0.05), statistically significant. Conclusion:Dietary control for GDM treatment was effective.
