慢性疲劳综合征中医辨证分型流行病学研究

Studies on the TCM syndrome types of CFS

目的:研究慢性疲劳综合征患者的中医辨证分型情况。方法:采用临床流行病学和统计学分析方法,制定调查表格,对我院门诊及社区564例慢性疲劳综合征患者证候进行调查分析。结果:慢性疲劳综合征辨证分型以肝郁脾虚型,占19.50%;气阴两虚,占13.83%;气虚型,占12.06%;气血两虚型,占10.64%;脾虚痰湿型,占10.36%为主,其中以以肝郁脾虚型居多。结论:慢性疲劳综合征的基本病机是本虚,主要证型中又以肝郁脾虚型居首,在临床辨证施治时宜使用疏肝解郁,益气健脾的方药。

Objective： To study the TCM syndrome types of chronic fatigue syndrome （CFS）. Methods： Taking clinical epidemiology and statistical analysis methods, to develop survey forms on our hospital and community 564 cases of the syndrome CFS investigation and analysis. Results： CFS type to Ganyu Pixu type, accounting for 19.50%; Qiyin Liangxu type, accounting for 13.83%; Qixu type, accounting for 12.06%; Qixue Liangxu type, accounting for 10.64%; Pixu Tanshi type, accounted for 10.36%, of which the majority was Ganyn Pixu type. Conclusion： CFS is a virtual basic pathogenesis, the major syndrome type was Ganyu Pixu type, the Shugan Jieyu, yiqi Jianpi prescriptions should be used in clinical.
