柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤配合颈椎牵引对颈性眩晕疗效分析

Clinical analysis on treating cervical vertigo by the Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction combined with cervical traction

目的：分析探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤配合颈椎牵引对颈性眩晕疗效观察。方法：整理2008年3月～2011年12月本院收治的颈性眩晕病人78例，随机分为两组，实验组患者39例，进行柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤配合颈椎牵引疗法治疗，对照组患者39例，对照组患者在颈椎牵引的基础上，配合西药盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊。结果：实验组患者治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组患者总有效率，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。实验组患者治疗后VA、BA的Vm较对照组有显著提高，且实验组治疗后VA、BA的PI明显低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤配合颈椎牵引治疗颈性眩晕是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective： To investigate the effect on treating cervical vertigo by the Chaihu Longgu Mull decoction combined with cervical traction. Methods： 2008 March to 2011 December 78 patients admitted to our hospital for cervical vertigo patients, 39 cases in the experimental group were treated by the Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction combined with cervical traction, 39 patients in control group were treated by Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules based on cervical traction. Results： Patients in the experimental group aRer treatment, the total efficiency was significantly higher than that in control group with total efficiency, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Patients in the experimental group after treatment, the Vm than the control group improved significantly, PI was significantly lower than that of control group patients, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conelusion： The Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction combined with cervical traction is a safe and effective treatment method.
