六味地黄丸对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的疗效

Clinical efficacy of the Liuwei Dihuang pill in the treatment of diabetes and hyperlipidemia

目的:探讨六味地黄丸对2型糖尿病合并有高脂血症患者的疗效。方法:将我院86例2型糖尿病并有高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用六味地黄丸(重庆中药二厂生产),9g/次,2次/d,治疗3个月后,研究血糖,血脂和血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化,临床预后等影响,并记录服药期内患者出现的不适症状。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,治疗后血脂,血糖等指标明显下降,明显改善患者的远期预后,明显降低患者再住院率;其总有效率明显改善有统计学意义,(27.9%vs 18.6%,P<0.05)。结论:在西医治疗基础上加用六味地黄丸可降低血脂、血糖水平、减少心脑血管意外事件的发生,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the Liuwei Dihuang pill in the treatment of diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Methods： 86 cases of diabetes and hyperlipidemia patients were randomly divided into the treated group and control group, the treatment group take the Liuwei Dihuang pill, 9g each time, 2 times a day, on the basis of the conventional treatment. After the treatment for 3 months, follow up the Blood sugar, blood lipid and serum high-sensitivity c-reactive protein （hs-CRP）. Results： After 3 months treatment, treated group compared with the control group, blood sugar, blood lipid and serum high-sensitivity c-reactive protein was significantly improved; significantly reduced hospitalization rates again; The total efficiency obviously was improved （27.9% vs 18.6%）, the two groups had statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treated group on the basic treatment of modem medicine, the Liuwei Dihuang pill can decrease blood lipids level, reduce cerebrovascular accident, worthy the clinical promotion.
