温胃方穴位外敷治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效分析

Effect analysis of the acupoint sticking therapy of the Wenwei recipe on treating spleen deficiency type of chronic gastritis

目的:探讨温胃方穴位外敷治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择60例慢性胃炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组35例,温胃方穴位外敷,对照组25例,服用雷贝拉唑胶囊,疗程为2周。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.6%,对照组总有效率为64%,组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:温胃方穴位外敷治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎疗效较好,使用安全,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the acupoint sticking therapy of the Wenwei recipe on treating spleen deficiency type of chronic gastritis. Methods： 60 cases were selected and divided into the treated group （35 cases） and the control group （25 cases）, the treated group was given the acupoint sticking therapy of Wenwei recipe, the control group was treated with rabeprazole capsules, treatment for two weeks. Results： The total efficiency of treated group was 88.6%, and was 64% of the control group, the difference between groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The acupoint sticking therapy of Wenwei recipe had good effect, the use of safe, worthy of promotion.
