摘要
目的：分析疏血通注射液治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法：资料选自2012年1月-2013年1月在我院就治的冠心病患者159例，采用随机法按照接诊时间将病例分为两组，其中对照组79例按照常规治疗方法进行治疗，治疗组80例在常规治疗的基础上加用疏血通注射液，观察治疗前后的发病次数、发病程度、持续时间及心电图的改变等基本变化情况。结果：冠心病分组对照治疗中，治疗组总有效率为90％，对照组总有效率为82．4％，治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组。其中心电图疗效显示治疗组的总有效为83．8％，对照组的总有效率为76．0％。结论：疏血通注射液对冠心病临床治疗有良好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Shuxuetong injection on treating coronary heart disease. Methods： 159 cases from January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital, were divided into two groups, 79 cases in the control group were given the normal treatment, while the 80 cases in the treated group were given the Shuxuetong injection more, observed the incidence times before and after treatment, disease severity, duration, and ECG changes and other basic changes. Results： The total efficiency of the treated group was 90%, 82.4% in the control, the effective was significantly higher. ECG showed that the total efficiency was 83.8%, 76.0% in the control group. Conclusion： The Shuxuetong injection was effective on treating coronary heart disease
