活血祛风颗粒配合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察活血祛风颗粒配合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗白癜风的疗效和安全性。方法:收集2012年8月-2013年4月期间在我院就诊的362例白癜风患者随机分为研究组与对照组,研究组187例内服活血祛风颗粒配合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗,对照组175例单纯进行窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗,3个疗程判定结果。结果:研究组痊愈率为84.0%,总有效率为92.5%,对照组痊愈率为41.7%,总有效率为72.6%。研究组痊愈率与总有效率均高于对照组,两组痊愈率、总有效率比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论:活血祛风颗粒配合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风疗效显著。 Objective: To observe the effect and safety ofHuoxue Qufeng particles combined with narrow-band UVB on treating vitiligo. Methods: To select 326 cases of vitiligo admitted to our hospital fi:om August 2012 to April 2013, these patients were randomly divided into research group and control group. 187 patients in research group was given Huoxue Qufeng particles combined with narrow-band UVB treatment, 175 patients in control group was given narrow-band UVB treatment only, results were compared after 3 courses. Results: In research group, the cure rate was 84%, the total efficiency was 92.5%, the cure rate of the control group was 41.7%, the total efficiency was 72.6%. The cure rate and total efficiency of research group were higher than the control group, the cure rate and the total efficiency between two groups had significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Huoxue Qufeng particles combined with narrow-band UVB is effective on treating vitiligo.
