腰椎间盘突出症是临床腰腿疼痛的主要原因之一。本病以络脉瘀阻为基本病机,常见血瘀、痰湿、气虚、肾气亏虚、肝肾不足等各种证型。本文采用归藤红花汤为基本方加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症。
