摘要 小外径的电涡流传感器薄线圈的参数优化设计的关键是寻求合理的目标函数的表达式。本文在线圈电参数计算的基础上利用激励线圈的电磁场分布对线圈测试性能进行分析预测 ,得出便于求解的线性量程和测量灵敏度的表达式 ,从而简化了复杂的目标函数。根据求解得到的优化值用线径为 0 .0 5mm的漆包线绕制线圈进行了试验 。 The key of the optimization design of a small eddy current sensor coil is to find out the reasonable expression of the optimization destination function. A new method is presented in this paper to simplify the expression of the destination function and thus get the optimum parameters. Based on the computation of the electrical parameters, the performance of the coil is predicted by analysing the electromagnetic field excited by the coil's current. The simplified expression of the linear measurement range and sensitivity are obtained to simplify the complex exprssion of the destination function. According to the results of the optimization, a coil with 0.05mm wire is made for experiment. The results of the experiment indicate that the probe coil can meet the requirement of the linear measurement range and the sensibility.
