摘要
本文介绍了一种结构简单测量精度高的新型转矩传感器 -光栅转矩传感器的基本原理和结构 ,分析了这种传感器产生误差的原因 。
In this paper,the principle and construction of a kind of a new type torque sensor called grating torque sensor are described. The measuring errors of this sensor are analyzed. The thinking that can enhance the measuring accuracy is presented.
