摘要
文中介绍了一种新型的微生物抑茵圈自动测量与分析系统。该系统的特点是通过标准的图像接口 ,实现了硬件部分与软件部分相互无关。采取了预定义区域和灰度阈值相结合的方法对抑菌圈进行边缘提取 ,减小了计算量 ,提高了可靠性。实验表明 ,该系统具有测量精度高 ,适应性强 ,使用方便等特点 。
A new Type of automatic Measurement and analysis system for bacteriostatic ring was presented. The characteristic of the system is that its hardware and software have no relation with each other through standard image interface.Using predefined district and gray-threshold to determine the border of bacteriostatic ring, high reliability was obtained without too much calculation. By experiment. it is proved that the diameter ofmicrobe bacteriostatic ring can be measured easily and accurately. With high adaptability it might find wide applications in the fields ofbiomedicine.
