摘要
煤炭是中国最重要的能源,而电煤是我国煤炭消耗中的主要组成部分,排放大量的温室气体;在低碳经济模式下,征收碳税将成为实现低碳的一种重要手段.本文通过构建火电行业的利润最大化模型,采用比较静态分析方法分析了碳税对我国火电行业产业的影响.结果表明:1)碳税税率A的增加,火电行业的生产成本(碳税)将增大,为了获得最大化利益,火电企业将采取措施降低碳排放量,减少支出;2)降低碳排放系数α,增加发电机组、人力、物流运输等投入,更新机组,采用低碳能源发电,减少碳税成本.
Used in power generation, coal is one of the most important energy in Chinese energy con- struction. Lots of greenhouse gases are produced during the power generation. Under the low-carbon e- conomy environment, taking the carbon tax is an important mean to achieve low-carbon purpose. By con- structing profit-maximizing model, the article discusses how the carbon taxes impact Chinese coal industry by using comparative static analysis. The result indicate that: 1) as the rate of carbon tax, A, is in- creased, the thermal power companies will reduce the carbon emissions to get the maximized profit for the production cost is a/so increased. 2) by decreasing the carbon emission factor a, increasing the investiga- tion of generators, manpower and transportation, and using low-carbon energy in generation, the cost of carbon tax will be reduced.
