两种手术入路空心螺钉固定治疗肱骨大结节撕脱骨折比较 被引量:2

摘要 肱骨大结节撕脱骨折在临床上较为常见,多为高能量损伤所致[1].手术入路的选择与肩关节功能恢复关系密切[2],以往手术多采用传统的肩前三角肌和胸大肌间隙入路,对肩关节软组织损伤较大,影响了肩关节恢复.我院2009年3月~2011年12月收治肱骨大结节撕脱骨折患者47例,分别采用肩前外侧经三角肌入路和肩前三角肌和胸大肌间隙入路行切开复位空心螺钉内固定术,比较两种入路的临床效果,报道如下.
