摘要
目前全国各地的大部分有线运营商都在为用户提供VOD点播服务,但受到内容采购成本和用户规模的双重制约,传统运营模式很难促进业务的快速发展。探讨和分析有线运营商利用VOD点播业务创新运营模式的可行性,并对如何统一管理不同运营模式的同类业务提出建议。
At present, a majority of cable operators in china are providing video-on-demand service for their clients. But, limited by the content costs and user base, the traditional video-on-demand business is difficult to rapid growth. Through analyzing the case and data, the objective of this paper is to discuss the feasibility of the innovative commercialized operations of the Video-On-Demand services. At last, the paper has proposed some suggestions of the unified management of different operation modes.
