有线运营商的IMS系统与传统媒资系统的比较

摘要 在三网融合的大背景下,有线运营商积极扩大数字电视用户数量,同时推进增值业务发展。目前VOD点播、交互应用、广告、时移回看等业务已成为全国各有线运营商的重要增值业务。这些增值业务多以视音频内容为主,为保证节目内容的安全性、提升节目的可观赏性、提高用户的方便度,有线运营商需要一套区别于传统媒资系统的业务支撑系统,即IMS系统(Intelligent Management System)。 In the context of Triple Play, the cable TV operator actively expends their digital TV subscriber, while accelerates the development of value-added services. At the present time, the following services have be- come major value-added services in cable TV operators around the whole country, such as video on demand ( VOD), interactive applications, advertising, time-shift TV, etc. These value-added services based on video and audio content. To enhance the security and ornamental the of the program content, and to improve the us- er experience, so the cable operators need a comprehensive, stable, safe and convenient system for this kind of business, that is to say, the IMS (Intelligent Management System).
