This paper introduces the overall design ideas and principles of Outside Broadcasting Vehicle with 5 ＋ 1 channels of standard definition digital television for Wencheng Radio and Television Station. The layout conversion and the video ＆ audio systems are elaborated from the perspective of economic practicality. The so- lution follows the rule that technical designs should match the actual needs. The work provides references a- bout the system design concept and configuration for county-level outside broadcasting vehicle construction.
