IPTV在我国快速发展,试点城市不断增多,迫切需要相应的监管系统来保障其安全播出。根据IPTV系统的工作原理和技术特点,并依照加强对网络信息安全和文化安全监管的要求,提出了一个省级IPTV监管平台设计方案,实现对IPTV"全程、全网、全业务"的监管。
