摘要
矿井外部漏风率大小是衡量主要通风机运行状况和通风管理水平的重要指标之一。依据五沟煤矿通风系统现状,确定采用以扩散器出口为风量校准基点的外部漏风量直接测定法,制订了详细的现场测定实施方案并进行现场实测。结果表明:在1#和2#风机运行状态下矿井外部漏风率分别为8郾40%和7郾85%,其中备用风机的装置漏风是主要的漏风源,必须采取有针对性的措施予以治理。测试结果可对消除矿井漏风隐患、优化矿井通风系统提供科学依据。
The external air leakage rate of a mine is one of the important indexes for judging the operation state of the main fan and the ventilation management level of the mine. In this paper, a direct measuring method for the external air leakage which takes the diffuser outlet as the base point of air quantity adjustment was determined according to the current state of the ventilation system in Wugou Mine, a detailed field measuring scheme was worked out and field measurement was made. The results showed that the external air leakage rate of the mine was 8.40% and 7.85% respectively in the running state of No. 1 and 2 fans, the air leakage of the reserve fan is the main air leakage source, so corresponding control measures should be taken for it. The measuring results can provide scientific basis for removing the mine air leakage and optimizing the mine ventilation system.
