煤矿安全培训机构对煤矿管理人员和特殊工种人员进行资质培训或专项培训,提升了从业人员专业技术水平与安全管理能力。2013年5月15日,国务院[2013]19号文件《关于取消和下放一批行政审批项目等事项的通知》,明确取消国家安全生产监督管理总局对安全培训机构的资格认可审批权,安全培训机构由此面临着重大政策改变带来的新情况和新问题。结合重庆地区煤矿安全培训机构的现状,分析了煤矿安全培训机构未来发展的趋势,并提出应对策略。
