摘要
分析和处理能谱数据是核电子学领域研究的重要课题,使用市面上成熟的数据采集卡可以提高系统的通用性,然而如何改善微分非线性则是难点。根据多通道通用数据采集卡的工作原理,对核脉冲信号进行波形数字化处理,利用上位机应用软件进行数据分析,并采用道宽修正算法改善微分非线性,从而实现了新型的多通道多道能谱分析系统。
Analysis and processing of spectrum data is an important research topic in the field of nuclear elec- tronics, using a commercially available mature DAQ ( data acquisition) card can improve the versatility of the system, however, how to improve DNL( differential nonlinearity) is difficult. According to the multichannel general DAQ card working principle, nuclear pulse signal waveform can be digital processing and acquisition data can be analyzed using PC application software, then DNL can be improved by channel width correction al- gorithm, so a new type of muhichannel spectrum analysis system can be realized.
