上转换发光NaGdF_4:Yb,Er纳米晶的水热合成及荧光性能

摘要 采用水热法成功合成了多种形貌的NaGdF4:Yb,Er纳米晶。通过向反应体系中添加多种表面活性剂,实现了NaGdF4:Yb,Er纳米晶的形貌调控。上转化发光性能测试结果表明:六方相晶相和棒状形貌对NaGdF4:Yb,Er纳米晶上转化发光性能有利。 NaGdF4: Yb, Er nanocrystals with different morphology including nanopartieles, nanospheres, and nanorods were synthesized successfully through hydrothermal method. The morphology of samples was controllable when introduced different surfactants into reaction system. Upcoversion photoluminescence test indicated that the NaGdF4 :Yb, Er samples of hexagonal crystal form and rod morphology had higher emission intensity.
