摘要
电镀生产过程中排放的电镀废水含有各种金属离子、氰化物及助剂等致癌、致畸或致突变的剧毒物质,如不经过处理直接排放会对周围环境及人体产生极大的危害,因此对电镀废水处理技术的研究日益重要。本文以某电镀厂的废水为例,阐述了电镀污水处理工艺方案及常见污染物的的处理办法,以实现废水中重金属离子的回收利用,减少用水量和废水排放量,提高水循环利用率。
Highly toxic substance in electroplating wastewater containing a variety o~ metat ion, cymnuc anu additives, such as carcinogenic, teratogenic or mutagenic, the discharge of electroplating effluent, would cause greatly harm to the environment and human health, so it was important to study of electroplating wastewater treatment technology. Using a plating factory as an example, the measures of electroplating wastewater treatment process and common pollutants were expounded to achieve the recycling of heavy metal ions in wastewater utilization, reduce water consumption and waste emissions to improve water recycle rate.
