The Equipment Corrosion and Treatment of the Fine Iodine with Sublimation Method

升华法精制碘装置在生产工况下,主要设备的腐蚀情况比较严重。本文通过对设备的腐蚀情况进行分析,探讨了复杂工况下碘对设备的腐蚀。并结合升华法碘精制装置的实践经验,对升华法精制碘设备的防腐提出了解决方法。

The main equipments were seriously corroded in the production of Iodine made through the sublimation method. Through analysis of the corrosion of the equipments, the corrosion made by iodine in complicated conditions was discussed. Combined with the experience of sublimation iodine equipments, a solution to avoiding the corrosion of the sublimation iodine equipments was put forward.
