摘要
在全面分析我国环境科学学科特点与人才需求情势下,以重庆三峡学院专业实训平台为实践依托,提出"基础专业化、专业工程化、学科交叉化"的人才培养方式,即在全学程中,基础课程设立与专业对口,专业培养要到工程运行中去,并按社会需求,以多模式培养,辅修化学、生物、新兴技术,重点培养"理论与能力并重,毕业即能上岗"的应用型人才。
The exploration and practice of applied talent training in environmental science were put ibrward according to totality demand of higher education reform and talent training to environmental science in the new century and combined with feature and reform practice of environmental science and engineering subject in our college. Relying on the training platform, the teaching program was modified according to "specialization of basic, engineering of specialty, and intercross of subject" cultivating model. To linkup of fundament and profession, putting major training in the engineering operation and highlighting subject amalgamation was the characteristic of the new teaching plan. The cultivated pattern could fill the social demand, the development of environmental science, and the diversity of employment market.
