基于Generator汽车内饰件乘员头部碰撞仿真

摘要 汽车内饰除了为乘员提供舒适的驾驶体验外,当发生碰撞时,还要起到乘员保护的作用。为了提高内饰件仿真分析效率,文章根据美国联邦机动车安全标准FMVSS201,使用Generator软件提供的碰撞点选取及头模定位等功能,以A柱为研究对象,建立了CAE仿真模型,分析了乘员头部受力情况,通过与试验结果的比较,验证了该方法的准确性。因此,该方法为内饰件仿真分析提供了一种更高效和精确的方法。 Except providing comfortable driving experience, interior trim also plays an important role in occupant protection during vehicle collision. In order to improve the simulation efficiency of the interior trim, according to FMVSS201, by using Generator to calculate impact point and position FMH, building CAE model based on A pillar is introduced in this paper, and then force applied on head is analyzed. By comparison with test results, the accuracy of this method is verified. The conclusion shows that this method provides a more effective and accurate way for simulation analysis of interior trim.
