汽车玻璃胶是重要的材料,玻璃胶作为玻璃与车身的粘接密封材料,不仅会永久地留在车上,更具有重要的安全作用,同时涂胶工艺对整车质量与生产节拍有着重要的影响。文章对汽车玻璃胶在冬季使用过程中易出现的问题进行讨论和分析,并分别阐述了解决方法。使得在冬季生产环境变差的情况下,能有效提高粘接质量,使粘接结构达到规定强度,避免产生质量下降和影响生产节拍的问题。

Glass adhesive is one of major materials which is used for bonding the glasses and the body together, it is not only remained on a vehicle permanently but also plays an significant role in safety. At the same time the sticking process has the significant influence on complete vehicle quality and production rhythm. The problem which is easy to happen in winter is discussed and analyzed in this paper, and the countermeasures are described. When the production environment is becoming worse in winter, the countermeasures will improve the quality of adhesive, the sticking structure is allowed to achieve the specific strength, as result, problems about quality and production rhythm is solved.
