摘要
冲压件报废会影响产品质量及成本,冲压件开裂问题必须在量产前解决,否则将严重影响冲压生产效率。文章基于FMEA思想,利用矩阵图逐级分解,对开裂制件失效模式进行分析,总结出系统问题解决思路及问题持续控制方法。通过对制件开裂失效原因的充分识别及有效控制,可以将问题消除在前期阶段,降低了冲压件开裂风险,对于后期新车型的冲压件开发在工艺设计阶段有着重大的借鉴意义。
Stamping cracking problems affects the quality and cost, therefore stamping cracking should be solved before mass production, or the problem will seriously affect the stamping production efficiency. Based on FMEA, the mode which has lost effectiveness is analyzed using the matrix to decompose, the solution and sustainable control method is summarized in the paper. Understanding and controlling the stamping parts cracking can reduce the risk efficiency of stamping cracking, the stamping parts to be cracked is removed in the initial stage, it provides the reference value for developing the stamping parts for new model in the phase of process.
