Innovations in Constructing Basic Level Party Services under Co- construction Mode

基层服务型党组织在共建模式下的路径创新应基于四个方面进行实践:一是通过更新基层党建理念,对基层党组织进行观念再造。二是发挥优势,立足实际,互利共赢,架构基层服务型党组织共建的基础。三是探索多种结对方式和共建模式,探求基层服务型党组织共建发展思路。四是着眼于完善制度规范和运行机制,努力实现双向共建机制创新。

Innovations of basic level party construction should be based on the following four aspects： first, reconstruction of basic concepts in the Party; second, foundation of Party-construction based on mutually beneficial services; third, investigation of multiple paring methods and co-construction modes; forth, improvement and completion of regulations in Partv construction.
